The game was very close from the beginning and the teams could not gain any high advantage. In the third quarter, after Giedrus Gustas' shots PGE Turów was winning 43:35. But - as it appeared - not for long. After a couple of minutes and Łukasz Koszarek' free throws the game was tied 46:46. In the last seconds of the regular time PGE Turów was winning 70:67. But then Łukasz Wiśniewski shot a buzzer-beater three and everything changed. At the beginning of the overtime Wiśniewski shot two more three-pointers and PGE Turów could not get back to the game.
It was a very tough, defensive game with lots of free throws. Trefl shot 36 of those and PGE Turów 20.
The best scorers for Trefl were Adam Waczyński and Łukasz Koszarek, who had 21 points. Daniel Kickert shot 17 points for PGE Turów.
