The tournament will be attended by eight teams:
- Host, who will be selected to 12 January 2015.
- Participants in European competition - PGE Turow Zgorzelec and Stelmet Zielona Gora
- Five highest placed teams in the Tauron Basket Liga table on 12 January 2015.
Will be held: Quarterfinals (two on Thursday and Friday), semifinals (Saturday) and final (Sunday). Teams defeated in the quarter-finals and semi-finals knocked out of the competition (no match for third place).
Draw for the quarter-final with the array of pairs of semi-final will be held on Wednesday, 14 January 2015.
Final Eight tournament is scheduled from 19 to 22 February 2015.
